The Mrdanga is learned via mrdanga mantras. As we proceed with the lessons, I will teach you new mantras, which consist of SOUNDS that the mrdanga makes. When you learn what all these sounds are, then simply by hearing the mantra you will be able to figure out how to play the particular beat.
